LOL The color chart describes them as blue and they look blue in the photo, but to me they look purple.Vani wrote:Looking Great! Good job. You like the color blue right?!!!

Just seeing that beautiful edge of purple must make those 10,000 odd stitches worthwhile, it's a gorgeous colour

So page 3 is complete! Yay! This is what it looks like...

As a side note, the statewide cross-stitch competition opens tomorrow and I will find out if I won anything on the 2 pieces I entered. Everyone cross your fingers for me!

I can't work out if that at the bottom right is the beginning of a ponytail or a darker bit of the moon...?

Good luck with the stitching competition as well!

I think it's the hand sprinkling the fairy dust. But I'm not 100% sure.burgundyice wrote:![]()

Re: HAED WIP Julie Fain's Fairy Sisters
I'm off to check out the competition results. I've entered things since 2003 and up until last year I had always won second place. Last year, I didn't win a thing. So I don't get my hopes up. It's nice to go see what everyone else does though, although I have to say nothing can beat the things I see on the forum. You guys rock!
