My sore throat has gone now ^_^ YAY

The audiobooks really helped actually. I made some amazing progress on this today.

I usually either watch DVDs or listen to music while I'm stitching, but DVDs draw my attention to the screen with irritating regularity and music just doesn't keep my mind active enough and I like to be thinking as well as doing. If I'm not doing both I fail. It's really irritated so many people that one thing alone never occupies me fully, like I get bored if I'm just talking on MSN, like that's an insult or something! But the audiobook really gave me that balance of doing and thinking. And...well the proof is in the pudding. Look:

It's coming along well

I watch TV while stitching, but as it's DVDs it's usually something I've seen before so no need to keep looking up all the time!

I still look up all the time, even on something that I've memorized the script for. I have Angel on at the moment and I know every episode perfectly. I still look up at every fight scene and sad part.

Gave gets back from Cuba tomorrow so I'll be at his all weekend probably. I wouldn't expect another progress picture till Monday. Although I may get some done before going to see him.

Emo Donkeys actually beginning to take shape now, although I only have 1 of his four main colours so far >_<
