About the 100 DMC threads..did you buy them for this one project or was it just a mix match of 100 threads from EBAY. If you ordered specific colors where did you go to order them??

All the threads for this look gorgeous, I knew it would be a vibrant colour palette. I am really quite jealous that you are stitching her, I want to too!

I really admire that you are rotating 2 very detailed and intricate designs, something I would like to do myself, but not sure if my commitment would be the same for both.

Your progress is great on this, cant wait to see the first fish!

i bought them from an ebay seller called westbbc it was 100 of my choice but you cant have more than five of the same number i needed 9 of one colour but have only had five for now the design calls for 89 colours but i still need more threads lol

im halfway through i fish i have realised one of the colours for the fish is one i dont have  so when i get paid i will be straight back to ebay

oh no! So close to completing a fish too.... I hate when that happens! I just ran out of a color I need for my UFO... I'm contemplating going to the craft store 20 minutes away to get more but it's supposed to start snowing here pretty badly any minute... It would be worth the risk though right?? lol
I think you're doing great so far with this project. At least you have another project to fall back on until you can get the colors!

Wow, this is a lovely one I haven't seen before - very unusual and I love the fish. You've made a great start. Looking forward to the next update.

I have used westbbc quite a lot for threads, they're good, aren't they.
