Great work, Nic, you're getting on quickly with this. I love the amount of detail in it and the shading, so effective.

Just caught up with this thread - nice to see you're going for another easy design Nic ..      All these dark colours are going to be a real challenge, but I bet it will be worth it in the end - great project!

Thank you guys! Your support is always so overwhelming - thank you so much!!!! :D :D :D

Just a quick update as I've now picked up yet another project and am putting this one down for a bit! Won't leave it too long though! :D

This is the full length of the design, so once I've finished that little bit, its just working along!

Soz Lizzy, forgot your question! The chart took a bit of getting used to because I'm so used to working with symbols and each square is actually a letter instead!?? But didn't take long and now its lovely to work from. The only thing I would say against it is that there is no lap overs on the pages, so I get a bit nervous starting a new page and its not as easy to double check that you are definitely doing the correct page!

The chart is nice and big and clear though, so would definitely recommend doing one! :D :D :D :D

Thanks Nic and on your recommendation Ive just downloaded Destiny by Waterhouse and as soon as I've finished sweeping the ceiling off of the kitchen floor I'll have a rummage and see if I have any fabric to start it :) Having a new kitchen in is a nightmare and disrupts my stitchy time
I like the letters and numbers on the chart
