I'm groovin' on "Cosmos". Great Art Nouveau design.

Oh! I really like the Cosmos design. And the dragon is just gorgeous.. looks even better stitched up than it it does in the design link.
But... when I clicked the design link for the dragon, I spotted a Norse Rune Sampler! And I'm such a lover of Norse mythology (my name here is actually an obscure reference to it), that I must get it!
Oh, and my SO's daughter would just LOVE the Medieval Tiles...
Enabler!

Took a bit of time out from these projects to do this sampler for my cousin's new baby:
Its the first one I've mounted with wadding, which was fun, and I've now sewn a ribbon on the top so she can hang it.

The Art Deco Solar System is finished - I've mounted it with 2oz wadding and a curlycue hanger, I think it suits it! I had to do a second border to make it fit the 8in hanger.
Very near a finish on the dolphins, and nearly done page 3 of the Dancer!! Just started on a pattern from one of the recent mags for my sister - a sepia picture of a man, boy and dog skimming stones, doing it on 28ct mocha linen. Will also start some oriental designs that I'm making for my sisters Christmas pressie.
Hugs

Your Art Deco solar system is beautiful. I love the way you've finished it too.
Problem is, I clicked on the link and saw all the other Barbara Thompson designs. I've just oohed and Aahed my way through several pages. Aren't they amazing? I think you picked two of the nicest to do, though.
