Gorgeous and almost done! I just watched the movie Memoirs of a Geisha again a few days ago and the beautiful colors in the film reminded me of this piece.

it gets prettier and prettier with every update. I enjoy watching this one progress.

I love this design, nearly bought instead of George and the Dragon (also Maia), but my eldest daughter is Japan mad and threatened to take it from me if I bought it (after I finished it of course, she'd let me do the hard work ).
