The kitten is so cute and I love the colors in it! The peg bag is really pretty; took me a minute to figure out what it is used for!

this is the box I made for my friends dogs. It is to store the plastic bags for the doggies poo...I am niot sure about Uk/USA..but here, if you have a dog and walk them at the local parks, there are bins for doggie poos and plastic bags you can get to scoop the poop. So, my friend wanted something to store her poo bags (the clean ones!!

) in and asked me to make her a storage box with her dogs names.
here it is...
Now it is finished, i can get back to my Geisha which is very close to being finished...maybe a couple of days.. I am doing a fine job of clearing my backlog of wips. The next one after Geisha is Blue Wren i started in January I think

This year will not end without that one being finished.
Then the two large ones..soul music and european bistro. I would like to finish soul music (the wolves) as that is 3/4 done but european bistro i only started a month agao so that may go into next year.

What wonderful stitching -- and that peg bag is too good for the purpose! Hope you continue to see improvements with the new medication.

another ufo finished!!!

this one i started back at the end of may, it was from vanessafj on the forum here and I started it when i first got sick because it was so bright, but i knew i would not be able to do the detail until i was well...so i did the colourful cross stitch, on 14 count not 18 count that came with the kit ..i had a piece of 14 count that had a lusture to it so decided to use that...tried to get that in the photo but did not show up well. I cant do big stuff on 18 count...i think it turned out fine on 14 count.
now my next one that i will finish is the blue wren...thats half done so may take a week to 10 tens, but it is good to be able to stitch again and to clear up the backlog of wips i had going!
I have already got 2 planned to start but have been very restrained and kept my paws away..I also have pulled out some small stuff for xmas presents that i must start to do as well.

Beautiful design and such a pretty finish, barb!

I was going to ask you if it was by Dimensions, but I went in your gallery and saw that it was. They are pretty much my favorite designer.

She's beautiful, congratulations on the finish! I'm sure the lustrous fabric really adds to it in real life!

I took the geisha and flowerpot kitty to the framer today and told the framer I would not be picking them up until i finished the blue wren, the second one...and he said ""oh, didn''t i frame that in january"" and I said, yes you did the first one and i started the second but still haven''t finished it and he said ""ah well then i got heaps of time to frame these two""
then I put me foot in my mouth....there was a huge painting that had been framed and i said "" oh is that from the local primary school"" and he said "" nope, it''s actually a professional painter"" ooopppssss
when they both come back (and i promise you now that blue wren will be finished just to prove the framer wrong!!!!!) I shall post photos of them framed.
