Not updated in a long while, life gets in the way sometimes! I've also been putting this off because it's just backstitching to do now and I hate it with a passion! However I'm persevering with it and it does look good with the extra detail/definition it adds. I don't think I want to do a design with as much backstitch as this one again though!

Thank you for all your comments - I think I took on quite a hard pattern for my first project but I loved the design.

Can't wait to start my next project - looks a lot simpler with not as much backstitching! It's a Dimensions kit called Cafe by the Sea. I'm going to attempt gridding the fabric with cotton before starting - wish me luck!
