I'm hoping to get the last quarter finished before Monday but I'm not sure I will. Then sadly I'm going to have to put her away for a week as I'm hopefully going into hospital for a week and can't take her with me. I'm taking my racehorses one instead! The thought of hand-dyed fabric that can't be washed going on a trip like that is a bit

I should think I'll get a good bit of stitching done though as I'm just going to be sitting around waiting for the surgeon to pop in every couple of hours and twiddle with my stimulator (in my brain) settings! Fingers crossed we get a better effect and I get some better pain relief. I also hope he'll take out one of the screws in my skull as its been bugging me causing tenderness, he said he could just whip it out.

Finished!! It was so fun, can't wait to start on the next one....




I had to stop most of last week as I was in hospital, but they let me out early on Thurs eve, so was able to finish the cross stitch and attack the rest from Friday onwards. I didn't even get bored with the back stitch! Loved every moment of it.

Now - which to stitch next? Water or Air?
