Here is the latest update for Starry Night, just over halfway through the second page:

Now I have a dilemma:

I was going to wait until the HAED BB new start SAL at the end of the month and I know I should wait until I at least finish page 2 of Starry Night, but it's all there ready and waiting..............................

Very nice work! I've always liked Starry Night, the colors are so vivid.
As to whether you should start Believe or not ... I guess that depends on how strong your willpower is

. I'm not sure I could wait and I'm not usually a multi-project kind of girl.

So many pretty blues and purples....

Starry Night is coming along so nicely. Very pretty.
Since I now have 2 more HAED's in my "cart" I can no longer be a proponent of one project at a time.

"Believe" is just so beautiful. It would be hard to wait on starting. I think there is a real plus to rotating.

Great progress on Starry Night! I can't wait to start Believe either. There seem to be a lot of us stitching this one.

Did you grid with thread on this one? I can't tell from your picture.

Yep - I used Sulky Sliver Metallic thread in pale gold for the gridlines and in silver for the page lines. We should have a Believe SAL!

No surprise that I couldn't resist ...... here's my progress on HAED QS Believe, halfway through page 1:

I'm really enjoying stitching this one - nice to have some blocks of colour for a change -and pinks and purples at that! I'm missing a few colours that I'm waiting on - I hate seeing those little white spaces!! I'm hoping to also start QS Dragonfly for the new start SAL on the HAED BB and that will be enough 'big' starts for me until the end of the year.......(she says

...). After all the talk on here of stitchers having dilemmas over fabric choice and number of threads used, I thought I might try stitching a HAED SK to test out whether I prefer 25/28ct and whether tenting is for me. Then I can translate this info to help decide what to do for my first HAED BAP which I plan on starting in January.

beautiful on both believe and tardis!! Very nice stitching.
May I ask, is that dragonfly SAL still open, or did I manage to miss their SAL again?

Believe looks great!! I wouldn't be able to start it this year, so count me out, but it sounds fun.

The SAL is one of the weekly ones (not the freebie ones where they give you the chart) - its the themed SAL held the 4th week of the month and Fudgey has deemed it to be a new start SAL so we can begin a new chart guilt free

!

Thanks for the info--I've had so many problems logging in at that site that I usually end up missing out on the SAL
