This is lovely.
I've seen a lot of "Tree of Stitches' on the forum. The same pattern, but all done so differently.
Each one unique. Marvelous!

I don't want to sound dense, or anything, but what is the "Tree of Stitches"? It obviously has some significance.

The Tree of Stitches is a SAL from a designer (Abi Gurden) in the Yahoo Group "Stitch Specialists. " She does these amazing designs using different embroidery stitches and releases a new part every few weeks or so (not sure what the actual time between parts is). You need to belong to the group and then request the password to get the parts and instructions. Many of us joined after the actual SAL was completed. I think Mrs Milkybar Kid was the first one in this forum to mention it and then there was a semi stampede to join that group. It is a really good group with lots of nice stitchers there also and growing by leaps and bounds best I can tell. But that is why you are seeing so many of us posting about it. The current SAL there is called "The Great Escape". Right now I know of one of our members (karen4bells) who is working on that one. It looks interesting also and one I may try in the future.

Thanks, Carole, for clearing up my mystery, and explaining it so thoroughly.
I'll have to check the site out.

I love it. It's sort of like a cherry blossom tree
Can't wait to see it with the beads on.
