I was wondering how you were going with O Kitten Tree the other day so thank you for the update on it and Congratulations on finishing page 1. Great going Carole.

Just love seeing the Ladies again and how they are (or not) adapting to your new monster. Bless them they will get used to it.

I've spent almost all month stitching this piece. I wanted to finish the jewels on the top left and whenever I had a brief thought of moving to another piece (the confetti in the jewels was very time consuming), it wouldn't let me go, and I'm glad of it. I didn't realize that this was the piece I learned how to use my Lowery stand on (I was reading this post from the beginning as I didn't want to repeat myself) and forgot how much trouble I had and L and S had too! Much easier now that I have found a position for it that is right and also the right height for the stand and my chair (with and without my lap being occupied). My mistresses are also getting accustomed to it so that makes life much easier too.

Laverne likes this piece and guarded it (from what?) while I was getting q-snaps, threads etc before starting

She is finding ways to take a quick nap when she is done inspecting the work:

Shirley just crawls under what she has to and takes up her favorite position. She isn't that interested in the stitching.

I guess I managed a 1/4 to maybe 1/3 of Page 2

And this is what it looks like so far:

I have to figure out a way to get back to it more often, because I just love stitching it.

I don't know which I find more fascinating---your beautiful stitching or the pictures of your kitties!!! Great update and thanks for sharing your feline friends, and their antics with us!!

Wonderful progress. I came very close to buying this design. It is so colourful and fun.
