Absolutely beautiful, and I would not stitch any initials at all. Just my point of view, you may ignore it.

Ok then, that's a finish. I think it looks good without anything else too.

mauveme wrote:Started a larger wreath, all in white on blue laguna. I am beginning to enjoy stitching again. as long as I don't think I'm in a race. lol. Just doing what I am comfortable with ( either just an hour or three or so). If I don't feel like stitching it's not the end of the world, I can do it tomorrow or the next day. I can't stitch fast anymore, I have trouble feeling the needle in my left hand and keep dropping it, I don't let that bother me as much. I have to stitch with two hands to keep from moving my right shoulder and that makes a huge difference. So, here is the start of the bow of the wreath.

Going to ship it tomorrow so just got an inexpensive frame as my brother makes his own frames and can make one that is deep enough to accommodate the fabric and the mat. So he can make one that fits with his decor. Even though this is a Christmas wreath it is one that can be displayed all year. (I believe anyway, I would)

I am sure it is totally beautiful and elegant and so eveninly stitched too. Sadly the picture has shrunk to a tiny square which defies being recognisable. :(

Sorry about that , did you click onto the image? It enlarges for me. Too bad we can’t upload pics directly instead of using an imaging host. Will have to put it in my gallery.

What a good idea to have a temporary frame, it presents it beautifully!

:applesauce: :applesauce: I think it looks lovely and is a truly beautiful gift!! The thumbnail doesn't show in your post but clicking on it took me straight to Postimage and the photo is very clear and magnifiable too which really shows how perfectly you have stitched it. Great job!

Well, I would too, would you use the same colour fabric?

oh and what is the design called please?

I got this off a blog years ago, and there is no info on the chart. Sorry I can’t help. And I would probably stitch it on dark purple, of course.
