A Secret Stitch Along
So you don't know what it is going to look like when it is finished

and they are mean and only let you have a little bit each week to do

You are a braver Lass than I am I would want to get on and do it and then would get frustrated waiting for the next bit of the chart.
Looking forwards to seeing more of it as it comes to life.
Jo

I'm a slow stitcher so I'd probably never finish one part in a week! Anyway it's not a race and you can stitch at your leisure as the chart files are kept on their group until next year when the next one starts. It's a good motivation for me to keep going as each new part is revealed! It's definitely a flower theme which is why I decided to do it. It's a lot of fun!

Part 1 is beautiful and beautifully stitched! I've done SALs in the past and I forgot how much fun they can be. I admit I especially enjoyed Mabel's in the past, not only because I learned a lot but also because so many members participated in them. Looking forward to your progress and seeing what appears!

This does look like fun! You do love stitching flowers don't you and I can see why.
I quite like the 'mystery' of these SAL's. The incentive to get each element stitched before the next pattern is published can be really exciting.

I actually finished this part yesterday morning but forgot to post! Bearing in mind part 3 only came out at 11am on Friday I think this is the fastest piece of stitching I've ever done!

Clearly the weekly part of the pattern should be bigger

Well part 2 took me a while! It just all depends on the amount of time you have to stitch. I wasn't distracted by family or work all day on Friday which helped (Dad was working and my Mum was along at my sisters babysitting my nephew) so I got a lot done!
