It's not the wrong color unless you think it is the wrong color. Just makes this even more special and unique. And as Serinde said, we are very good at keeping secrets.

Congratulations on finishing the beautiful stocking. And on the Doctor Who start. I have everything ready to go for mine but I’m going to wait for the April release to make sure it’s going to be something I like. If I don’t think I’ll like it, I’ll just stich the TARDIS. (But I’m pretty sure I’ll love it.)

At least one person is doing each release as a separate picture.

Great work on the new SAL. It is going to be fun watching this develop. And can't wait to see what wonderful stocking you are getting ready to gift another lucky person.

The finished cat stocking looks great!
I also love your new start on the Tardis.
I can't wait to see what your new stocking will look like.

I love your TARDIS start. I haven't started the mine yet, but I have everything I need. I actually had all the DMC other than the glow in the dark, and I'm not sure I want to use it, especially after the "do not iron" warnings.

Started my next stocking. Not really much for a week’s work. In my defence, a lot of it is two colours, and some uses blending filament, which I have to do very slowly. (We don’t need to talk about how much frogging was involved.)

I love your stockings.
Is that an oatmeal effect Aida?

Yes. I would have preferred white or cream, but this is what they had big enough and 14 count.

I love your stockings too and am looking forward to watching this one grow. And yes, blending filament can slow things down, as well as blending threads does. Most of the characters in the Star Wars Afghan (the one I'm not stitching on right now

) have a lot of blended threads. I love the effect but it can slow down progress.
