(on a walk with a city-dweller friend a few weeks ago we came past some highland-type bovines, and she asked "are they cows?" Later on the walk she also asked whether snowdrops were flowers. London's Edgware district is obviously a desert.)

Cheesecake

(A light non-bake lemon & lime cheesecake is my favourite. This recipe is very close to the one I use. Takes a bit of time to do and you really need a mixer: https://www.philadelphia.co.uk/recipes/ ... ke-189093/. I double the base ingredients. Orianna doesn't have it because it's too rich - something I'm very happy about as it leaves more for the rest of us.)
