I have to finish that rose in the top corner, add a branch and another leaf up there and then that page is done except for the black lattice border. I think I'll do that all together at the end. I am seriously considering doing the backstitches on this page before I start the other one. There's just so much of it and it would be nice to see how it's going to turn out before I work on the other page. And since I usually pitter out when all I have left to do is the backstitching, if half of it is already done it might be incentive to finish it all before moving on to another project.

Sounds like a great idea for the back stitching. Incentive is always a good thing.

I'm definitely in favour of doing it as you go along -- nothing worse for your motivation (well, that's what i've found anyway) than to have finished axcept for a humongous amount of backstitch!

The page is done except for the black lattace borde which I will do all at the end. I started to do the backstitching on this page before I start the other one, but I got frustrated because I made a mistake and there really isn't a good way to correct it. Oh well.
