I am in awe of those talented cake decorators out there. It's such a skill I just could never have. I can bake quite well (I'm told) but have to hand over to others to decorate.

thanks ladies. it is very yummy indeed, i dont like cake (apart from the cake mix
) but i find myself having a lil bit everyday
i weighed it before we cut it up, we tried the kitchen scales, but it said error, so we got the bathroom scales (gave them a wipe first
) and with the cake board it weighed 11 and half pounds!!!
