I've never heard of biscornus until recently. Are they used for something special?

It's so pretty. Such a shame you didn't enjoy putting the biscornu together though - I've found them rather addictive myself.

for having tried one -- sometimes you find a technique was interesting to do but you wouldn't do it again (like me and stumpwork) but if you hadn't tried you wouldn't have known

Here is an update on the Cala Lilley, not much done as I have been doing some other stitching, like baby samplers
This is one of the next 2 baby samplers I am stitching for twins, I now know that one is a boy and the other a girl. The lion is for the boy, I just have the backstitch and the grass to do and for the girl I will be stitching the elephant. They stitch uo really quick which is why I chose them.

The Calla Lily is going beautifully! The little lion is so cute and I'll bet the elephant is just as sweet! Can't wait to see more of these

The lion is adorable, and it looks like you've started the white on the calla lily. These both look like they would be fun, and good projects to do a bit at a time.
