Thank you!!  I'm going to be smiling for the rest of the day now, thanks to your photos!! Especially love the one of Loreli deciding between the bobbin and stitchbow …... it's a difficult decision and NEEDS that much concentration!! :D

It's been quite some time since I updated about Miss Future Stitcher.. She still likes to steal my stitching, but demands a threaded needle not tied to the fabric so can just pull it up and down to wherever she likes...

Here she is trying a new element. Crochet:

My son asked to do some stitching himself.. Once he's done enough to take pictures I'll have to show his skills off too.

It is great when they are younger and find the things mom does fun. There will come a phase were anything mom does is just borrrrrring. So enjoy this time with the both of them.

WoW with little stitchers to help how are you going to get any done? Your daughter is adorable. But, she does seem to be single minded.

Miss Future Stitcher has evolved!
Image
She used to sit for quite some time with a threaded needle and put it up in the fabric.. She has since caught on that my thread is "stuck" to the fabric as she says. After some time I taught her to go up from the bottom and back down in that order so her fabric doesn't get all scrunched up..
