Got a bit more done on this. I doubt I'll finish by Thanksgiving now, but I'm definitely finishing it this year! lol I used to have such high goals for my stitching, now I treat a small birth announcement like it's a HAED.

It's really coming along! I love the design and the colors, and as usual, your stitching is so very pretty!!

I thought it was 'Deaf Metal'... (It is when my youngest daughter pronounces it...)

Given the quality and quantity of the noise, I thought it was a very appropriate name.

What a nice update on your project. I really do like the colors. When you have little ones about, they go through stages where they need more or less attention. I remember sneaking in five minutes of stitching time helped me keep my sanity during some of those times when my boy needed a lot of attention.

Miracles happen! I think I'm getting back in the groove, finding time at night to sit and stitch and I finally finished my niece's birth announcement, over a year late! Now I feel like I can go back to working on rotation (hopefully no more babies to stitch for, for a while)
