Just spent a most obsorbing hour regoing through this thread and allthough some of the pictures are no longer there, I cannot beleave how mony projects you've done, especiallu for christmas. You have some great work hear Mabel and it all looks fantastic. Whish I could stitch as fast.

Wow!! I don't keep up with posts for a few weeks and look at everything you've done!!
I had to laugh about the squirrel story. My mom and grandma feed the squirrels at their house. They have a tendency of either knocking on the door, coming up on the porch when you come out, and we have one that climbs up the screen door to get your attention. Of course, they're not spoiled--they get cookies, sweets, leftovers, bread, chips, etc.

Thank you for the compliment -- on the whole I find it easier with one or two strands than with three, and easier on larger counts than on smaller; my bookmarks over one are a real test!
Not had much stitching time, we had friends round last night which was lovely so i didn't mind not having stitching time , but here's where I've got to -- only her face and hair to fill in now (but that's quite an "only"...)
