I've just caught up with this thread, and I must say you are terribly ambitious. But then, your stitching is so varied -- not to mention so good (love the algerian eyes!) -- I don't know how you choose what to settle down with when you have time to stitch. I'm enjoying watching all the progress.

THE PIRATES!!!

I know i bet you thought i forgot about them didnt you?? but my new yrs resoultion is too finish some before starting new ones. so I decided to finish the pirates before i start the daffodil poem for Paul's aunt & uncle's 30th wedding anniversary in September. So I have a little challenge finish the pirates and the poem and the poem framed and delivered to Wales for Sept 6th

What a very creative design!!! I really like it!! It reminds me when my husband was last deployed and his whole division decided to be pirates....down to bringing foam swords and learning pirate speak.. . I'm often wondering if they get enough air down in those subs
