More-ish.
Garlic butter on hot bread is simply gorgeous. I adore it. My mother had a Jersey cow that produced incredible butter and the cow loved wild garlic that grew lushly on their Devon farm. The smell went straight through the cow into her milk and it smelled strongly of garlic. We had an idea, instead of wasting the milk, make ready garlicked butter.. It was.. err.. REVOLTING.
Well, it was a lovely idea right until we tried it!
