Thanks everyone.
This one was a lot of fun to work on at the end. And it was funny to watch my mom- she was so nervous to even touch it!
I've got the bonnet tack stitched in a few spots in the back and I also tacked together the hardanger parts to hold for judging.
I've left this at mom's house for the week so I will keep my hands off of it- I am terrible at leaving it alone.
Fair submissions start on Sunday- but I won't get my results until Aug 23, and I have to wait until Sept 5th to get my score sheet when I pick up the piece. Ughhh.. the agony of waiting. I want my score 5 min after I drop it off!

I hadn't realised the shape was a square and you were going to sort of "fold" it into that lovely bonnet shape -- what a great project, so delicate and just absolutely beautiful! And congratulations on second place, great news!
