Not a video or a picture but a fun fact that made me smile when I read it this morning: rats giggle when tickled :-)

It's true!!

We had 2 white fancy rats when daughter was a teenager.
They were called Casper and Rastus. Brothers, and we had to buy them together.
They would travel on daughter's shoulders with their tails linked behind her neck. Every morning they would pop their heads out of their nesting box and rush to the side of the cage....they heard and smelt toast being made and loved buttered toast crust.
We had them for about 6 years and when one became ill and had to be put to sleep the other pined and died not long after. So Sad!

I love this forum. I learn something new everyday. I never knew rats were ticklish. I didn't need to know that, but it did make me smile so maybe I did.

If that doesn't raise a smile, I'll be disappointed.

I've met skunks in the wild, and believe me when I tell you you back track Very Quickly!! Puppies usually have to learn the hard way, and there's not enough tomato juice in the world to deal with that smell...

A friend lived in Canada, not far from the US Border. Her dog chased a Skunk down a Culvert!!
She told me that it took 3 bottles of Tomato Ketchup to remove most of the PONG!!
Dog didn't learn from the experience and did it again a short time after!! :tizzy:

Yes I think it is! My friend said that it was a classic Skunk "perfume" removal cure.
When they left Canada and came back to the UK her dog still chased animals into rabbit holes and culverts, sometimes getting stuck. She never learnt her lesson!

@rotfl: @rotfl: @rotfl:
I have visions of people walking into the Canadian wilds with bells, pepper spray and tomato ketchup in squeezy bottles. The bell to frighten off black bears, the pepper spray for grizzlies & then doing pre-emptive strikes on skunks with the tomato ketchup.

What's black & white & red all over?
A skunk that's met with a Canadian backpacker...

Oh dear. Sorry, my warped sense of humour.

Richard

Never Ever apologise for your sense of Humour, Richard!!

I think that your little Riddle qualifies as the Smile for today...certainly brought a grin to my face.

Oh the old ones are the best!! :whoop:
Reminds me of the Old Elephant Jokes.

How does an elephant hide in a cherry tree?

He paints his toenails Red.

for the pictures (in case you didn't know I love the kitty pictures ) and Richard, I loved your riddle! Reminded me of a whole series of riddles when I was a child. I all started with: What is green and flies?
Answer: Super pickle!
You can imagine where we went from there.
