bad news...it all started when I noticed I had messed up on the gridding..so instead of washing my blue pen out..i just re gridded..as it was only one line off horizontally..with a red pencil I bought.
Well the packages says washes out with water.

So I regridded...my son jumped on the couch and made me mess up..again..
so my only choice was to wash out everything, let dry, and start again with gridding.

guess what didn't wash out? even with soap?
yup. the red pencil.
read the small writing..says "may not wash out of all fabrics..ones that have been dyed or bleached".
well my fabric has been dyed and i'm assuming set with something? idk when I tried to wash out the pencil, gently rubbing with my hand and soap..just smeared the pencil.

so in the bin it went. but I can't afford pretty fabric now so I bought white 16ct and will start over..

EEKKK!!! Bad bad bad red pencil!!! I am so sorry you have to start over! I would freak out if that happened to me but I am glad you are still wanting to do this because it is a really adorable chart and I really liked what you had done! Hopefully you will get back to where you were very soon!
