Wow! It's been a month between photos on my Wildflowers!

I realised last night at stitching group that I was getting close to reaching the halfway line - the top horizontal grid line in the closeup is actually two rows above halfway - of course there is still a lot of stitching to be done to the left before this half is complete but its always a nice suprise when you don't realise just how close it is....

I took a couple of days off what I have been working on to stitch a cute little design for my mum for Mothers Day on Sunday:


I intend to stitch 'Happy' across the top and 'Mothers Day' across the bottom in backstitch and then turn it into a folding stand card thingy...

I just love this flower and they way it works with the dark fabric. The bear is adorable!!!!!!

Wildflowers is coming along nicely and looking very pretty The card for your mom is so sweet

I picked up the Cross Stitch Favourites mag yesterday with 101 bear designs in it from a "Newslink" shop out in Wynnam Central (Brisbane). I'm going to have a good browse of it very soon then settle to the stitching.

Absolutely adore those wildflowers.

I haven't done any stitching on this since stitching group last Thursday night but I had done a few hours on it when I didn't have anything to do at work so there is a bit of progress to see.
