I got a lovely parcel from America which I had forgotten I ordered!!! In it was a gorgeous hand-painted fabby called 'deep pool'

Its got randomly placed sparkles and everything....I looove it!!

I also got two skeins of overdyed thread which I'm planning to use on TOS one is called Gray Flamingo and the other is Tiger butter.

What a lovely surprise

If I don't get them by the end of the next week I'll have to find a plan B for my Christmas cards

What gorgeous fabric, so vibrant and alive. The threads are gorgeous colours too, especially the Grey Flamingo. Enjoy playing with them

I am still waiting for my fabric from Sewitall (Auz) which is no doubt down at the local PO waiting for me - the van drivers are not leaving notes now to say "you were not home today etc pick up after ?? at - - - post office".

Will go down tomorrow armed with details of packaging etc. Seems they need to know exactly what it looks like to make searching the piles easier.

Looking forward to seeing what you stitch on the fabric and use the threads for
