Not much time to post or stitch at the moment, but the Prayer Connection thing is stitching up quite quickly 
! Here is where I've got to, all colours have now been used. The brown is a bit more variegated, from very dark coffee to warm dark chestnut.

! Another quick update -- hope to have more forum time next week (and stitchy time -- I've got at least 5 Hardanger projects kitted up...

About two-thirds done (hoop marks will disappear with ironing, I hope)

I am officially an idiot 
I finished Prayer Connection last night, went to iron it just now and as usual sprayed it with a little water before ironing, totally forgetting that these are hand-dyed silks -- and the brown has run! I don't dare rinse it for fear of just making it worse (at least the reds stayed put...), so now it will have to bear the stains for the rest of its life -- I could cry!
