I made this pattern and stitched it up this week. It is going to be the cover of a book that I am putting together for the kids. There will be another one that is similar but set up a bit different.

The cap and coffee cup are both just my free hand work. The tools I took off of a pattern I found in one of my old magazines.

The stars are printed on the fabric. I did not stitch those.

:applesauce: :applesauce: You are now a great designer also. That cap is amazing to have done free hand (you mean the pattern right? You didn't just start stitching and end up with the cap, did you?) Beautiful job.

Yes I did mean the pattern was free hand. I have only stitched a piece without a pattern once and all it was was words and I was so frustrated so even now when it is only words I do a pattern then stitch.

These are the beginnings of my Christmas presents. They are biscornu patterns but I've turned them into ornaments. More to come as I finish them up :)

I seem to be on a Snowman theme for my cards this year, next one is another (starting that today).
A little ticked off, I only have the usual window cards in my stash and some of what I want to do is too wide for them so I ordered some white blank cards from 123 stitch, only about $3.50. They shipped it yesterday. Well, yesterday I went to the dollar store and found these red cards, 6 of them in a pack for $1.00. Should have gone there first before ordering (they don't look it in the pic but they are glossy) He was supposed to be holding a Heart (I dont' do hearts) but I found this little tag and thought it worked better anyway)
