you cant really see from the very rubbish photo that its stitched on oatmeal aida and patched onto black cards I found in The Works. I really like the design and Im thinking of stitching another to put on a bell pull for a Halloween decoration.

Faith, it's great to see a series of one design in all those different versions, keep them coming! (The stitch you mean is indeed an eyelet stitch, which comes in many variations, among them Algerian eye)

That Halloween card is amazing! I love how you can look at it, and see one thing and then slowly all the details of it start to pop out...
