snoopy design for card

Hello!! I'm looking for a cute snoopy design/chart. I would like to stitch it for a birthday card for my mother, 31 Dec. She has always had a thing for snoopy. 
So if anyone could help me out with this it would be great!! Even if you don't have an actual chart, I have some snoopy pictures, but am still a beginner when it comes to designing my own charts, so if someone is good at designing from pictures, your help will very much be appreciated!!
