but what is Tent stitch please?

It's like half a cross stitch but you take the thread alonger way across the back of your work

I've never used it, but if you do a Search in the Tips and Tricks section, there are a couple of posts that explain it.

From what I understand it looks same with the half stitch from the front, but different from the back. But I used to do the tent stitch instead of the half stitch before I know the term "tent stitch"! So I think tent stitch is same with half stitch...
