Looking for nurse's prayer

The prayer is either a nurse's prayer or health care provider's prayer. I believe that it is a Stoney Creek pattern, but am not 100% sure of that. It has a floral spray down the left side (I think) with the prayer on the right. Somewhere on it is a stetoscope and maybe some other medical tools. My daughter will be graduating from Registered Nursing classes this coming year, so I really need to get started on this for her. If anyone can give me some further information on this prayer, I would appreciate it. If it is a Stoney Creek pattern, I probably have it; I am just overlooking it somehow.. Thanks for your help. Diane

Stoney Creek issue April 2008 has a chart titled Nurses are Angels with a short poem.

I have it here and could lend the mag to you. PM me with your address and I will happily pop it into the mail.

I have just looked at the one on http://www.1-2-3" target="_blank and its lovely and different to the one in Stoney Creek mag which is more a verse.

"Nurses are angels on earth who are tender and understand they heal with their hearts as well as thier hands"

Thanks for everyone's help with my request. I found the one that I needed. It is called "Healthcare Giver's Prayer and is in the April 1994 Stoney Creek magazine. Thanks again. Diane :)
