Spent about...all up maybe about a week and a half on this pattern. Found it very quick and lovely to stitch up!
Excuse all the creases etc.
Still unsure how I want to finish it. I'm pulled between a frame with some nice matting...or doing a quilting-style surround and make it into a hanging.
Now onto 'Tree of Hope' by Mirabilia (which I just picked up today at a craft expo, and have the speciality threads etc. coming to me super SUPER cheap (half price!) within the next week), my Halloween piece for a private exchange and anything else that takes my fancy!
Sounds like you had a good time at the craft expo - was it the one in Hamilton?

Yup the one down in Hamilton. 95% of it was quilting stalls, but there was an excellent aussie cross stitch company that had at least 1000 charts and kits for sale! I was behaving myself with money, but still spent a wee fortune!
