Hello from the UK!

Hello there! The name's Averil (or Elfdaughter, or Elfy, or ED, whichever you prefer!)
I've been stitching for quite a while now, on and off for the past few years, but only recently have I really got into it. I'm currently working on a very large piece - the largest I have ever attempted. It's a counted cross-stitch based on Waterhouse's painting 'Soul of the Rose' (It's a Gold collection piece if anyone knows it)
I have a large amount of charts sitting waiting to be done after this one, too!
It's always nice to meet fellow stitchers and share stories and info - I'm glad to have found a good forum!

I think everyone has WIPS and UFOs galore -- I certainly do.
Soul of the Rose looks quite a big project. Why not make a SAL thread, and we can cheer you on?
