Oh this is gorgeous but... 2 years? I cant imagine stitching a piece for 2 years on rotation etc. I pick things up and down but I usually have several months gap in between . This is why I'm a wee bit intimidated by the HAED's

I have worked on other pieces over the past two years as well, and have actually had a number of finishes. I did take a bit of a break, and just recently started working on this one again. Though it is time consuming, the piece is so beautiful that it's worth it.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do a HAED, but I am so intimidated by them. You are doing a fantastic job; it looks beautiful!
