Non-UK Subscribers to Origin Publishing's x-stitch magazines

Hi, I was just wondering if those with experience could help me out here?
I placed a subscription order to Cross Stitch Gold a few days ago, and while I got the Order ID email, I never got the order confirmation one - yet I'm almost 100% certain that they already charged me for whatever the subscription cost is (53-something GBP)
Anyways, should I be worried about the lack of order confirmation email, or should things be fine and I get the issues without any problems?

Hi,
not sure where you live but I am in Australia and subscribe to world of cross stitching and cross stitch card shop. Card shop I wont be renewing and if origin dont life their game, i wont be renewing woxs either!
Their overseas service to australia has been really bad. From the date of issue, it takes roughly 20 days to get the magazine...and that is when all is okay yet they say they use airmail. However, the stamp on the envelope the magazine comes in says it''s from New Zealand...so they must ship in bulk to New Zealand and then sent it back to Western Australia...so my magazine goes one and a half times around the world before I get it.
I also purchased the christmas special from them and that never came and I had to wait 28 days before they would sent the replacement...which arrived after xmas.
I do remember when I subscribed to world of crosss stitching, I ended up having to email them as the payment did not come out of the credit card and the isue was due out, they sent me some story about a problem with the processing. ...here is a copy of the email and yet I got a confirmation email for the subscription at the time!
Thank you for your recent email regarding the World of Cross Stitching magazine.
We have investigated your query and it appears that due to a technical error with our website your subscription has not been activated correctly.
Please accept our apologies for this and be assured that we have arranged for the subscription to commence with the December 2010 issue.
I''m only tolerating the poor service because the saving is huge.
