Grim Reaper SAL update 7/18/11

When I discovered my horrific blunder in my Asian Home project I decided to start another one. This is one I just recently bought but I thought it fit my mood at the time. I'm doing it on 14ct white 3 over 1 full stitches. I want to do 3x1 because I don't want any white showing through all the black. It will be 8x10 when finished which is a standard size for frames so it should be easy to frame when done. It's 4 pages and not a lot of colors. I think 12 total. I've still got a lot to do around the face but I think you get the idea. I don't have a picture I can post of the final project because I got the pattern postal mail and the cover sheet isn't very good. I guess you'll just have to wait and see.

I got it from a seller on ebay back in November (or maybe Oct). I don't remember who. I thought it would go well with my Last E Ticket Ride HAED that I'm working on but much faster to stitch up. When I'm done you can have the pattern.

I love these types of projects too. My family thinks I'm demented. I just find the all River Styx/Grim Reaper mythology fascinating.

We're into this kind of thing as well, here's a shot of our
bookshelf.

Your project looks great so far!

I hope working on it was cathartic.
