I've just started working on my first Bothy Threads kit (Fantasty Flitterflies) and some of the threads used in it are metallics and I'm having difficulty stopped them from snagging and fragmenting. Am slightly worried in case I run out of the threads before I finish.

Does anyone know where I can just buy Bothy Threads floss as all I can find on the Internet are kits?

Can't help with buying Bothy threads, as far as I know they only supply kits but someone else on here might have more information. :(
As to the metallics, I would recommend you invest in something called Thread Heaven. It's a little box of beeswax which you apply to your metallic threads and it stops fraying etc. http://www.sewandso.co.uk" target="_blank stock it for about £3 and it's worth it's weight in gold

I've done a cut thru by Bothy Threads and I ran out of the variegated thread they used, and had trouble finding to buy more. I sent them an email asking where I could buy some more from, and they sent me some more out.
