HAED: Gentle Guidance *Updated 3/25*

This is my first HAED. I'm making it for a friend's daughter.
Started on 2/28, but I spent most of the first week playing around and gridding. I stitched the main parts, but will be using a pen for the 10x10 blocks.
So far I've completed 4,345 stitches of 225,000.
This is what the finished piece will look like:

Then decided to work page #6 first:
I'm anxious to move on to another color. Unfortunately this pale pale shade of pink continues for about half of page 5 as well.

Looking great so far! That is going to be quite a big project. I'm such a wimp that I tend to stick to smaller ones for now. Can't wait to see the progess on this!
BTW, what type of fabric are you using?

I didn't post an update last week because I wasn't able to stitch much at all. So here's the latest update. I was hoping to finish this first page, then realized a couple nights ago I don't have the 1 color of floss. I have to wait until Monday to order it and a smaller Q-snap frame. Until then I'm moving on to the next page!

Completed 7,810 of 244,800 stitches. Only 236,990 to go! lol

Oh, I'm stitching it on 25ct Lugana, 1 over 1 full X. I picked a cream/bone colored fabric just because I hate stitching on bright white
