This is slow going, but then the sun has been shining and I have been lazing around enjoying it, and doing a bit of gardening as well

Its looking good Frank, and you are doing well with getting it so far seeing as the sun has been shining and the garden beckons.
Here autumn is definitely on the way and I want to sit and stitch the day away - however there are other things which need to be done as well - drat it.

Thank you all for your comments. No, Parksfarm it is a Heritage Collection Piece by Susan Ryder.
There is a long way to go with this, I have looked at the outlining and backstitch there is to do which again is straddling squares or going across half stitches, and there is a lot of it!!
