Well as some of you remember I'm working on this polar bear kit for a friend of the family's. I started it about a year and a half ago I think. Didnt intend for it to take this long and can't seem to move onto another project with one on the go. I too a few months break and now I'm back. My stitchy bug has bit me and I'm stitching when I can fit in a spare ten mins, it feels great.

The first pic is where I was a few months ago and the second is where I am as of last night.

Demonic is quite the befitting word for this stitch that's for sure. I can't wait til it's over, but I'm glad I picked it up again. He doesn't look demonic anymore though. I've fixed his eyes. I will post an update pic soon.

Thanks everyone for the encouraging comments. I'll be starting nithsfhifts tonight but I will be eager to stitch a bit before I go to bed in the morning.

Here's an update from last night. Not too much done. Was too busy watching the new movies.

Thanks everyone. Your comments keep me driving through this and if I'm lucky I might be able to finish it before my 6 days off are up. I start them in the morning. Just finishing my last nightshift now and am very eager to get some stitching done.
