Hiya,
Started another one! This is my lot now until I finish one though.
I've had it kitted up for a while, but finally got to start it. Its Joan Elliots Fire Goddess:

Its on 32 count Polstitches Eternity hand-dyed fabric, typical Joan, lots of beads and sparkles as below!

So here's what I started out on today: (you can see where I've already been visited by the damned

)

Good start! Your

sounds like what I did on my WIP, right off the bat! Hope it's your only one.
I really like the bright colors on this, although there seems to be quite a bit of confetti work. Will be nice seeing the updates on it.

That is going to be lovely. I'd rather be visited by the

sooner than later. I also seem to have it happen when the stitches are in the middle of a gazillion other ones. Still, its an aggravation. But if you hadn't said anything, don't think I would have even noticed.

Another lovely Joan Elliott design and you have made a great start despite

poking his unwanted nose in. Hope he has gone to another planet by now.

Yes I was attracted by the colours first and foremost! The sparklies are great as well. I think a lot of the confetti is beads.
The pictures so do not do the material justice! Its beautiful with lots of different colours in it, its going to set off the piece really well. My biggest challenge will be keeping it clean though as the hand dyed fabric can't be washed - I have it on the frame "backwards" and its living in a pillow case when its not being worked!
I have horsey hands so its a bit of a challenge!!!

This is a beautiful design and lovely rich colours! I can see it's a Joan Elliott, the styling is very similar to my Indian Maiden & Brave that I did from her before Christmas.
I'm going to enjoy watching you stitch this one!
