This is my little thread about the work i'm going to be doing on my very first multi-colored detailed piece.. a precursor to my other designs such as

This is what he is going to be.. Started April 11th



And this is where he is now as of May 15th

Is it just me, or does this design make you want to give that Tiger a big hug...

Awww you all are so encouraging! Right now i'm whip stitching the boarders cuz i know if i work on him continuously like i'm planning, he's going to be doing a lot of travel (full time student and taking summer classes )

So I'll post another pic when i get a few more colors done. gaw I can't IMAGINE doing a whip stitch on the boarder of a larger piece! I'd go nuts!
