conversion chart

Does anybody have a conversion chart from CT the old Winnie the Pooh designs to the new dmc colours used. I notice they are using lots more colours now so Im totally confused

I'm sorry to have upset you. This is the first time I've used the forum and just wasn't very sure what to do. I'm quite new to computing too which doesn't help.
