Hello and welcome to the forum. I hope someone can help you find the chart you are looking for. There are many websites which carry charts and kits. Or someone may have one that they can send you or trade with you for it.
As Rosemary said, we are very sensitive to copyright issues, which many people arent' aware of.
this thread on copyrightwill give you all the information you need. What other pieces are you working on now?

Nice to meet you, Carole. I am very busy, working on four pieces right now! One is a welcome sampler in Spanish and English for my daughter-in-law, which must be completed by the first of October. Also two birth announcements long overdue for my two grandsons. And last in line is a sampler featuring my sister's favorite Bible verse for her. What are you working on?

As you can see from under my signature, I am currently working (and almost ready to post an update) on a HAED (Heaven and Earth Design) you can see the SAL
here. Also one called QS (Quick Stitch) cts. and an afghan with different fairy patterns which is half done. We would love to see pictures of your work. This thread:
Posting Pictures in a Threadwill show you how to do it.

Hi Marian and Welcome. Sorry, can't help with the chart you are looking for but it sounds interesting.
Good luck with getting the Welcome project done by when it is needed. As for your grandsons birth announcements sometimes it is nicer to give it to them when they are a bit older and can enjoy them.
I am working on a Country Companions Christmasy one and when I can find out how to download pics from my camera to this loaned computer I will hopefully be able to post some pics of both finished works and WIP'
