Does anyone know where a person can purchase coloured hoops/frames that are 2 inches to 3 inches in diameter? There used to be some two piece ones that were perfect for Christmas ornaments. You could stitch your project in the hoop/frame and then trim the work to fit. They came in green and red.

I know they pop up on eBay quite a lot.
