Lizzie Kate Birth Sampler

My nephew is going to be a Dad this December so I set all other projects aside and started Birth Sampler by Lizzie Kate. I'm hoping to finish in a couple of weekends then I'll wait till the baby comes so I can finish the Date of Birth. I'm excited to be a Great Aunt! This is my progress for a day's work. (I got extra work done because I stayed up waiting for my stupid cat who got loose to come home, which thankfully he did at 1am..hehe).

Congrats on becoming a Great Aunt! You got a lot done in one day, thanks to your wandering cat but I'm glad he came home.

Congratulations on the soon to be birth. and
for the sampler. It is very pretty.
And I'm so glad that the wandering feline returned home. One good reason mine are indoor pets.

Both mine are indoor kitties however Sage (who is a scrappy little guy) thinks he must defend the alley behind our house from intruders (other kitties walking past). He got so into scaring off the other cat he popped the screen and took off after the other cat. He is now under house kitty arrest with no more window sitting till we get the screen fixed..lol. BAD KITTY! He's sleeping peacefully now. This is his album of cuteness..

I worry myself silly if either of my cats stay out at night too... there are foxes in the area... I do go to bed, but I keep getting up and going down to check if she's back. About 1 or 2 am is average...
Congratulations on the prospective Great-Aunt status! The sampler looks very sweet.

Here is the latest update pic. Just have the top part left to do and the name and date. I really think it's turning out cute.

Sampler is really cute. I also went and looked at "Sage's album". No way you can stay too mad at anything as cute and precious as he is. I hope he is no longer under kitty house arrest.
